Not for them. For you. Forgiveness is the oil for releasing the grip of resentment so it stops poisoning your body, your sleep, and your capacity for joy. This isn’t about excusing what happened. It’s about refusing to let it live in your bones rent-free.

Suggested Use: Anoint the heart center during forgiveness meditations. Dress a white candle with the name of the person or situation you’re releasing. Use during full moon letting-go rituals.
